Why Small Businesses Matter

Shop small, do big things for your community

Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!

You're IT Temple Health Coaching!

Three questions with Certified Health & Wellness Coach Sarah Sorgie, founder of Temple Health Coaching.

Why did you start your business?

I started Temple Health Coaching because it is the truest expression of my interests in health, healing, and faith and because I have a deep desire to help people recognize and care for themselves as the rare gift that they are.

What is your best-selling product/service?

My best-selling service is my one-on-one coaching which allows me to help my clients create a balanced life of health and wellness based on their personal needs and challenges.

Have you "reimagined" your small business?

Yes, my business is reimagined into its current form, which acknowledges the belief that your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit. From this perspective, I have accompanied my clients in successfully achieving their health goals, and far more importantly, creating a whole and abundant life for themselves.

Sarah would like to nominate Lisa Ruffles, LMT to be featured next!
