Tell us about your favorite summertime destination in Ridgefield
I really enjoy walking along Main Street and ending up at Deborah Ann’s Sweet Shoppe for some Cherry Italian Ice.
What community event do you look forward to attending? How does it make you feel?
I always look forward to the Memorial Day Parade. I couldn’t believe how big it was when we first moved here. I’ve since marched with RCK, SCOR, and with the Board of Selectmen.
Thirsty Thursday bike rides with the Ridgefield Bicycle Company always bring a smile to my face, especially any ride that ends up at Sarah’s Wine Bar (with their Sangria!)
Do you have a cherished memory of summer in Ridgefield?
My favorite memories of summer in Ridgefield are CHIRP concerts in Ballard Park, running around with the kids while the bands play.
