Mezcales de Leyenda “Verde” from San Luis Potosí. $48.00
Made with Samiana agave, a hardier variety that can stand an arid climate. Taking 10 years to reach full maturity, it is cooked for 48 hours in a clay oven then fermented in a copper still. It is a wonderful balance of sweet and spice with subtle hints of smoke.
Landform Willamette Valley Pinot Noir $25.00
The 2019 Landform Pinot Noir is a charming and fresh expression of the variety. Aromatically, the wine is complex, with Bing cherry, loganberry, and spicy cola. In the mouth, there is bright freshness and vitality, with hefty red berry flavors, good texture and a generous finish. Wonderful with most firm cheeses and meats slightly charred off the grill.
Ramírez de la Piscina Riserva 2016. $22.00
Traditionally styled Rioja Reserva. Balsamic aromatics, complemented by undertones of red berries and earthiness. Notes of licorice and spice emerge on the palate. 100% Tempranillo. Many layers to this old world style, full bodied wine. Once bottled, it is bottle aged underground for at least 18 months. Pairs well with slow roasted and traditional BBQ foods... sauced pork, brisket, ribs and the like.
