Public Hearing
A Public Hearing will take place on May 25 at 7 pm at Town Hall Lower Level Large Conference Room.
Each municipality in CT is “required to adopt an Affordable Housing Plan no later than June 1, 2022, and at least once every five years thereafter”.
The Ridgefield Affordable Housing Committee (RAHC) was given the task to create plan for Ridgefield by the Board of Selectman to whom they report. The BOS makes the final decision about the Plan and what will be submitted to the State.
