Register to VOTE Today at Ridgefield Library: Voter Registration Day

September 22 Is National Voter Registration Day

Every year, millions of eligible voters are unable to cast a ballot because of a missed registration deadline, outdated registration information, or other problems with their voter registration.  National Voter Registration Day provides an opportunity to get “vote ready” – whether that means a new registration or updating an existing one.

On Tuesday, September 22nd, the League of Women Voters of Ridgefield will be at the Ridgefield Library from 2pm to 5pm to register citizens who will be 18 years old (or older) by Election Day, November 3, 2020.

Current registrants can also make address or party affiliation changes.  General information will be available about absentee balloting, poll locations, voting hours and positions and candidates up for election. Members of the League will be outside the Library’s sliding doors at the Main Level entrance to the building.  Please be sure to wear a mask and social distance when approaching the Library. More information is available at www.ridgefieldlibrary.org
