The Art of Retirement FREE Presentation at The Ridgefield Library on April 10

According to Ramsey Solutions, about 56% of Americans lose sleep when they contemplate retirement. With approximately 10,000 people retiring every day, failing to plan can be an irreversible mistake. Retirement is the most significant lifestyle change an individual will typically undergo, and one is never too old or too young to start taking control of their future.

The Advisory Council of the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce is presenting a three-part series on the many elements of retirement. Whether you’re still in your working years, on the verge of retiring or have already arrived, our three-week series is designed to educate and inform you on multiple topics that pave the way to a successful retirement. Professionals from many fields will provide insights and actionable steps focused on preparing for and living well in retirement, including retirement income, Social Security, travel, estate planning, reverse mortgages, personal finance, housing options and assisting aging parents.

Admission is free; presentations will be conducted at the Ridgefield Library from 6:30 to 8 PM on three successive Tuesdays: April 10th, 17th and 24th. Register at www.ridgefieldlibrary.org.
