Registration is OPEN for Southwest Cafe Margarita 5K

A sunset 5k with a margarita at the finish line that supports Sunrise Cottage?  Sign me up!

Barbara Nevins and the Southwest Cafe present the 11th Annual Southwest Cafe Margarita Run to benefit the Ridgefield Sunrise Cottage on Saturday, August 4. The race will start promptly at 7:00 PM in the parking lot of Union Savings Bank, across the street from the 109 Danbury Road shopping plaza in Ridgefield, CT.

The Southwest Café Margarita 5K contributes to the Sunrise Cottage in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The Sunrise Cottage is a residence for members of the community with disabilities. It is part of ARI (Always Reaching for Independence) and devoted to enriching the lives of people with disabilities and their families by enabling them to achieve their fullest potential at home, at work, and in the community.

5K Entry Fees

• $30.00 early registration (May 5 - May 31)
• $35.00 registration (June 1 – August 3)
• $40 Race Day

If you are interested in the training program, it will be on Friday mornings at 6AM starting on June 22 (novice and beginner levels pace leaders available) at Ridgefield Running Company. You can add that on to your registration, or add it on at a later date.
