Cooking with Chefs Bernard and Sarah at RVNA on May 22

Chef’s Bernard and Sarah Bouissou of Bernard’s and Sarah’s Wine Bar will be demonstrating and serving a gourmet luncheon on Tuesday, May 22 at the Ridgefield Visiting Nurses Association (RVNA) at 10:30 AM. This will benefit P.E.O., a philanthropic educational organization that offers scholarships, loans, and grants to high school girls, single mothers, women continuing their educational goals, and women from other countries attending college in the U.S. Chapter G of Ridgefield is sponsoring the event.

The menu will consist of: Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple Chutney, Multi-Grain Salad,  Marinated Grilled Vegetables, and Chocolate Pots de Crème. The cost for the demonstration and luncheon is $45.

Checks serve as a reservation. Please send your check by May 18 to P.E.O. Chapter G, c/o Jean Cole, 638 Danbury Rd., Unit 63, Ridgefield, CT 06877.
