Ridgefield Public Schools joins with other community organizations in partnership with Project Resilience in presenting a new year of "Parenting the Selfie Generation: Resilience for Life" parent workshops.
Events are scheduled monthly starting in October, with the first one set for Wednesday, October 3 at 7:00 p.m., "Digital Addiction: No One Wins When Kids Get Hooked on Games.”
Noted digital gaming disorder expert Paul Weigle, M.D. will discuss the psychological, academic, and behavioral perils of chronic digital gameplay among children and adolescents and offer practical and enforceable strategies for limiting online game time.
