The Ridgefield Youth Commission brings the film "Beautiful Boy" to The Ridgefield Playhouse on Monday, June 3. Doors open at 5:30 pm and the screening begins at 6:30 pm.
At the conclusion of the film, there will be a Q&A lead by a substance abuse expert.
This event is free and open to the public. Parents are encouraged to attend with their teens and tweens.
Beautiful Boy is based on the best-selling pair of memoirs from father and son David and Nic Sheff, Beautiful Boy chronicles the heartbreaking and inspiring experience of survival, relapse, and recovery in a family coping with addiction over many years.
