13th Annual Hearts of Hope Breakfast to become virtual Day of Self-Care on February 3rd

The Women’s Center’s annual Hearts of Hope Breakfast will become a virtual Day of Self-Care this year on Wednesday, February 3, 2021.

Hearts of Hope is the Women’s Center’s premier event to unite the community in our vision to end the violence and raise much-needed funds to support our critical programs and services that are needed now more than ever.

Guest speakers will be team members from the Women’s Center staff: Rayna Havelock, Manager of Counseling and Advocacy, and Child Counselor Carly Jacques, will discuss their life-saving work. This year’s “Service Above Self” honorees are Joe’s Salon + Spa in New Milford and Klickers Hair Studio in Newtown for all their loyal support.

In addition to the main program that kicks off at 8:00 a.m., ticketholders will have access to self-care videos released throughout the day, including a Pilates class, an office decluttering tutorial, winter hair care tips, art therapy via the Cupixel app, and other demonstrations, classes and performances.
