Dimitrios Paschalidis, the proud owner of Dimitri's and Gyro on Pita passed away on April 1, 2021. Dimitri was a true Ridgefield legend who not only opened two of the Town's most popular eateries but supported so many of our nonprofits.
The community is invited to celebrate this incredible man on Tuesday, October 26 beginning at 5:15pm at a Celebration of Life event at Dimitri's Diner.
First Selectman Rudy Marconi will present a Town of Ridgefield Proclamation in honor of Dimitri. Refreshments will take place after the ceremony.
