Folk Artist Lizzie No in Concert at Ridgefield Library on November 7th

On Sunday, November 7th, singer-songwriter Lizzie No will perform in person with fiddler Liam O’Brien at 2:00 pm as part of the Ridgefield Library’s ongoing Ridgefield Folk series.

The concert will take place in the Library’s Main Program Room. With the release of her debut album, “Hard Won,” singer, harpist, and guitarist Lizzie No established herself as one of the most exciting new voices in contemporary folk music.  Her inventive music has crossed into pop, rock, and country territory.

The Ridgefield Folk series continues on Sunday, December 12th, with award-winning singer-songwriters The Levins. Their special performance, “Raise Your Glass to Charles Dickens!,” is a festive, participatory, celebratory mixed-media program. The Levins duo will perform sing-alongs and tell stories based on Dickens’ novels, musical, and movie adaptations. They will also share their original tune which introduces seven Dickens novels in under seven minutes! This program is suitable for all ages.

Doors open at 1:30 pm and concerts begin at 2:00 pm. Concerts are made possible through the generous support of the Friend of the Ridgefield Library. For more information, please visit ridgefieldlibrary.org or call 203-438-2282.
