The pandemic has changed life as we know it, bringing losses of many kinds- normal school days, friends, proms, deaths of loved ones, serious illness, jobs, vacations, and feelings of control and predictability.

Join Project Resilience, Ridgefield Library, Ridgefield Public Schools and Ridgefield Youth Commission in a conversation as we talk about the process of grief and mourning, how to understand our varied experience of loss, and ways to cope.

Experts from RVNAhealth: Peter Powers, MSE; Barbara Egeth, RN,BSN; Rev. Varrick Nelson. Mental health clinicians Carol Mahlstedt, MSW, PsyD; AlexAvila, MA; and Sophia, the RVNAhealth comfort dog.
