The Ridgefield Theater Barn is getting jazzy at the end of July with the return of the Pete Wikul Band on July 30th at 8pm.

Pulling together quartets, quintets, and sextets of fabulous New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area jazz musicians, Pete Wikul crafts a unique show each time he performs.  At this intimate feel-good concert, audiences can expect an eclectic mix of jazz, bossa nova, rock, blues, and R&B.  The quintet will feature Russ Nolan on tenor sax, Max Darché on trumpet, Brian Glassman on upright bass, and Rob Aries on the keyboard, with Pete Wikul leading the band from his seat at the drums.

Playing quintessential jazz standards and some original tunes, their solos are hip, intellectual, and always swinging.  If past performances are any indication, patrons will be delighted and left wanting more - some may even get up and dance.

As with most Barn shows, the seating is cabaret-style, and patrons are encouraged to bring food and drink to enjoy before the show.  Doors open at 7 and the show starts at 8.

Tickets are $30 per person and masks are optional for vaccinated patrons.  The Ridgefield Theater Barn is located at 37 Halpin Lane.  Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made at www.ridgefieldtheaterbarn.org
