Learn about Ridgefield's new voting districts at Ridgefield Library on August 2

The community is invited to Ridgefield Library on August 2 at 5:30 pm where Ridgefield Registrars of Voters Cindy Bruno and Wayne Floegel will answer important questions regarding new voting districts and upcoming primary elections.

How Has the Redistricting Plan Impacted Your Voting or Legislative District?

The 2020 census impacted Voting and State Legislative Districts in Ridgefield.  Stop by the Library on August 2 at 5:30 pm and hear Registrars of Voters Cindy Bruno and Wayne Floegel discuss the changes that have been made to Ridgefield as a result of the CT State Legislators Reapportionment Committee’s Redistricting plan. They will explain how to find out what voting and legislative district you are now in.

Do You Know What Ridgefield Voting and Legislative Districts You Are In?

The 2020 census has had an impact on Voting and State Legislative Districts in Ridgefield.  On August 2nd  at 5:30 pm the League of Women Voters of Ridgefield and the Ridgefield Library will co-sponsor an information session with Registrars of Voters Cindy Bruno and Wayne Floegel who will discuss the changes that have been made to Ridgefield as a result of the CT State Legislators Reapportionment Committee’s Redistricting plan.

Ridgefield now has two CT State Senate Districts – District 26 and District 24, and two State House

Representative Districts – Districts 111 and 42.  To see if or how you were impacted by changed districts, go to the Voter Registration Lookup website here. Type in your name, address, and date of birth to see what voting district you are in.  Your voting district will determine your  State Senate District and State House Representative District.
