Mark your calendars! The Music at the Museum concert series, a collaborative effort by Keeler Tavern Museum & History Center (KTM&HC) and the Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra, is finishing out the summer season with two great performances on Monday, August 15 and Monday, August 29.
These FREE concerts bring world-class musicians to KTM&HC’s beautiful, four-acre historic site, creating fun and accessible opportunities for the whole family to enjoy a variety of musical genres.
On August 15 at 6:30 p.m., head to the KTM&HC Garden House for Harmonia V, a classical and contemporary woodwind quintet. Musicians include Jennifer Berman, flute, Janet Rosen, oboe, Jim Forgery, clarinet, Jackie Joyner, bassoon, and Robert Hoyle, horn.
On August 26 at 6:30 p.m., bring your own chairs or blanket and set up on the lawn in front of KTM&HC’s Visitor Center patio for the Angry O’Haras, a group with roots in classic bluegrass that defies categorization!
All concerts are free and open to the public. No registration is required. Check out our website for more information: www.keelertavernmuseum.org/events.
