While you're downtown, be sure to admire the spooktacular window art courtesy of local students and Parks &amp; Recreation.&nbsp; Children of all ages will enjoy a balloon artist, face painting, and a live band.&nbsp;
The festive day will also include:
* Ridgefield Library <a href="https://ridgefieldlibrary.librarymarket.com/event/friends-ridgefield-library-childrens-book-sale" target="_blank">Children's Book Sale</a> from 1-2pm
