Stop by and see members of the Ridgefield Police and Ridgefield Prevention Council during National Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 22 from 10am to 2pm.
This event will take place in the Bissell Pharmacy parking lot (weather permitting). Just drive up and dispose of unwanted/expired medication in a safe manner, no questions asked.
We cannot accept any liquids or needles. They should be disposed of in your regular garbage by placing them in a container and sealing the container with tape. All garbage in CT is incinerated.
Also, don't forget that we have a prescription collection box in the police department's lobby, 24/7-365...
