Learn about the impact of exercise on those living with Parkinson’s Disease at RVNAhealth on April 6 from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Exercise is an important part of any healthy lifestyle, and it’s especially important for those living with Parkinson’s Disease.  Please join us a the Ridgefield Library with Kristine Greco, MPT, LSVT BIG, CCVR, RVNAhealth Physical Therapist and Andrea deLange, PT, CERT MDT, LSVT BIG, CDP, RVNAhealth Physical Therapist as they discuss and demonstrate specific exercises that can help slow the disease and control symptoms. Learn how to maintain your strength, flexibility, balance, and cognitive acuity so you can continue to do the things you have to do and the things you love to do.

In addition, Dr. Kate Campbell, PT, DPT, SCS, Cert. MDT, CSCS, CDP, LSVT BIG, RVNAhealth Outpatient Practice Manager, will discuss the brand new RVNAhealth Parkinson’s Center and all the services it will provide those living with Parkinson’s Disease.
