The Guild of Artists' Festive Home 2023 is Almost Here!

Ridgefield Guild of Artists is putting the finishing touches on Festive Home 2023 making ready for the opening weekend. The Guild’s biggest fundraiser of the year opens this Friday, November 17th, with a special preview party from 5-7pm, for an admission of $25 for pre-payment (go to RGOA.org to purchase) or $30 at the door. Festive refreshments will be served. Come, get in the holiday spirit, and enjoy the first peek and a fun evening of celebration!

The sale continues from Saturday, November 18th through Sunday, December 17th with free admission and weekly shopping hours, 12-5pm Tuesday through Sunday.  We will be closed the week of Thanksgiving through Thursday, November 23rd, opening again on Friday, November 24th, Saturday, the 25th, and Sunday, the 26th. Have a Happy Thanksgiving with family and friends and then come out to “shop small” with the Guild and all the local shops in beautiful downtown Ridgefield.

Four local design teams will be anchoring our three gallery spaces at Festive Home this year: Rachel Belden, Jennifer Coleman, Molly Hirsch and Jill Rae are generously donating their time and talents. “We are thrilled to have some of our favorite local designers with us this year to help bring our festive flavor to life,” says Pam Stoddart, Executive Director and Co-Chair of the event. “They have created special vignettes to complement our hand-crafted items and member artwork.” Since The Guild is an arts organization, we want to concentrate on, and highlight, our talented members and local artisans-at-large. Shoppers will find original artwork covering our gallery walls, hand-crafted gift items, and our traditional donated small canvases, all of which will be available for sale, and in support of our artists and the Guild.

Ridgefield Guild of Artists’ antique gallery barn is located at 34 Halpin Lane, at the bottom of the hill just before Ridgefield’s Rail Trail.

For more details about Festive Home 2023, visit our website @ www.rgoa.org or call the Guild at 203.438.8863. All profits from sales at this annual fundraiser will go towards continuing and developing new programs at the Guild.

For fifty years, the Guild has grown from a clubhouse-of-sorts to a place for 300+ members to inspire, create, and explore! RGOA is a tax-exempt 501c3 non-profit arts organization. All contributions are gratefully accepted.
