Football players honor former coach battling early-onset Alzheimers: Coach Turner's Holiday Classic set for December 23 at Tiger Hollow

Coach Turner's Holiday Classic on December 23rd at Tiger Hollow

Coach Turner's Holiday Classic returns for its second year, a flag football tournament organized by his former players, honoring John Turner, who is battling early-onset Alzheimer's disease.

As a youth football coach, he instilled values of dedication, brotherhood, toughness, and courage in countless players. This event, dedicated to raising funds for Alzheimer's research, supports Cure Alzheimer's Fund (CAF), with all proceeds going to this vital cause. Last year, despite frigid weather, over $3,500 was raised for CAF.

Join us on December 23rd at Tiger Hollow at 10 am for a day of football, food, and fun, featuring a double elimination flag football tournament, local vendors, a 50/50 raffle, and exclusive Coach Turner Holiday Classic T-shirts for participants. If unable to attend, consider contributing to the cause. Teams can sign up with a fee of $250 or join as a free agent for a $40 entry fee, each participant receiving the event's commemorative T-shirt.
