A recent fortune cookie of mine read, “Compromise is a necessity except when it comes to a principle.” As a member of the Inland Wetland Board, I want an uncompromising representative in the state legislature to defend our natural resources. Aimee Berger Gervalo is just such a champion when it comes to the environment. On twenty major environmental votes before the state legislature, Aimee received/earned a one hundred percent environmental rating on those votes by the watchdog, Conservation Voter Report.
Aimee, like Teddy Roosevelt, recognizes, “There can be no greater issue than conservation in this country”.(Teddy Roosevelt)
Not only is Aimee an ardent defender of nature, but she is a rarity among politicians; she is responsive, genuine, and warm, a friend and neighbor who just happens to be a politician.
