On Saturday, December 14, Christy Kinsman and Tish Vrendenburgh, co-chairs of the Retail Council of the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce, along with other Ridgefield Chamber members will respectfully remember the first anniversary of the Newtown tragedy by wearing green ribbons.
The National Charity League ~ Ridgefield Chapter made the ribbons for the merchants to wear, and they are available for pick-up at the Chamber office.
Now when you're out and about on Saturday, and see the green ribbons, you'll understand why.
