Congratulations to all the Ridgefielders listed below who graduated from colleges and universities this spring.
Daniel Hager graduated as a member of the Class of 2015 at Union College during the college's 221st Commencement exercises on Sunday, June 14. Hager graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in English. Hager is a 2011 graduate of Ridgefield High School.
The following residents of Ridgefield graduated from Marist College the weekend of May 22: Molly Hay received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian; Skylar Norris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; and Eliana Volante received a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Media.
Two local residents graduated from Clemson University May 8, 2015, in commencement ceremonies. They are: Shannon Beatrice Reed who graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Carlye Marie Richter who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
The 2015 SUNY New Paltz Outstanding Graduates ceremony was held May 15 in recognition of the superb achievement, in and out of the classroom, of a select group of undergraduate and graduate students representing all five of New Paltz's schools - the School of Business, School of Education, School of Fine and Performing Arts, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and the School of Science and Engineering. Gabrielle Bouissou was one of only 112 New Paltz students whose academic and co-curricular performance was recognized with the Outstanding Graduate designation.
Springfield College recently held its commencement weekend. The following residents of Ridgefield were recognized for studies completed in 2015: Danielle Perrault has earned a master's of education degree in Sport Management and Recreation and Duncan Cozens has earned a bachelor's of science degree in Sports Biology
