The Ridgefield Historical Society is pleased to present a series of pop-up exhibits featuring WWI: Ridgefield Answers the Call at different locations in town through November 2018. This exhibit of ten display posters, created by local graphic artist Bil Mikulewicz, commemorates the end of WWI and centers on the contribution Ridgefield residents made during the war. The exhibit will be on view:
Now – August 31: Ridgefield Library (on the lower level)
September 5 – 12: Founders Hall
September 30 – Peter Parley Schoolhouse (from 1 to 4 pm)
November 6 – Ridgefield Playhouse Lobby (shown in tandem with a free screening of Sgt. Stubby: An American Hero at 4 pm)
And the next time you are downtown, stop in to the Town Hall to see Ridgefield Remembers 9/11, on view through October 12, presented in partnership with the Town of Ridgefield.
