RVNA Health Source: Make a Day of It at the Health Fair on May 4

Saturday, May 4this a big day in Ridgefield and if you play your cards right, you can test your cholesterol and blood pressure; assess your balance, vision and hearing; play brain games; spin the Adam Broderick Wheel of Beauty; vie to win a BMW for a weekend; ride a mechanical bull; stroll the lovely streets of town, and hear an ABBA Tribute band all on the same day.

Now that’s living!

Our recommendation to you? Get your day started at the 45thannual RVNA Health & Wellness Fair at East Ridge Middle School from 10:00am – 2:00pm.  We won’t have a barbecue, but we’ll get you primed with a fantastic array of free health screenings, activities, experts, demonstrations, and raffles, prizes, and giveaways from over 50+ wellness exhibitors.

Plus, we’ll have kids’ activities hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield, car seat installations by the Ridgefield Police Department; and a lineup of programs from Lyme Prevention to “Having the Care Conversation,” to learning about the LSVT Big & Loud program.

And, when all is said and done, we have free shuttle buses to take you to Main Street to enjoy the annual Spring Stroll and Ridgefield Gone Country Barbecue.
