Food Truck Friday at Founders Hall: Green Grunion

This Friday, June 28^th, Connecticut’s Green Grunion Food Truck will be returning to Founders Hall for their summer-season Food Truck Friday. The event, sponsored by Cohen and Wolf, P.C., will take place from 12:30 – 2 pm and is open to the public. The Green Grunion food truck primarily serves up San Diego style burritos. San Diego’s proximity to the Mexican border makes it an obvious place for a thriving Mexican food scene, and local area chefs have given the burrito its own unique twist. San Diego burrito culture essentially fuses two staples of Mexican cuisine: carne asada and the California burrito. So, come get a taste of the west coast right here in Ridgefield.
