The Ridgefield Library has announced its fourth annual LYL (Love Your Library) Weekend will take place on Friday, October 4th and Saturday, October 5th.
The Library explains, "Celebrating a centerpiece of Ridgefield’s cultural heritage, the weekend’s activities will highlight the breadth of programming and services offered by the Library, and the vital role the town and its citizens play in our success. Our hope is to raise awareness of the need to raise $.30 of every dollar spent to operate the Library year to year -- as well as raise funds for the Library on this one weekend."
In preparation for the big weekend, the Library invites residents to pick up a NEW LYL Weekend Car Magnet (for free) at the Circulation Desk at Ridgefield Library.
