"You’ll notice that showers and increasing winds are likely for this evening’s T4T hours. Thunderstorms and stronger winds are forecast after 10 pm and, more likely after midnight," says Aarons.
Aarons says, "If you're going out in the 7pm to 9 pm period, be sure to carry an umbrella and rain gear."
In addition, Aaron warns, "Be sure to watch where you walk. Leaves could cover up downed power lines and power lines should always be considered energized and dangerous."
After you've had your Halloween fix and you're tucked into bed, the winds will likely pick up and, Aarons says they may be strong enough to move lawn furniture around and "will certainly mess up and scatter light-weight decorations." That's a worry for tomorrow.
