Ridgefield resident Corey Londoner has transformed her brick-and-mortar Waffle Cabin in New Canaan into a traveling oasis brimming with Belgian waffles! That's right - the Waffle Cabin is now on wheels!
Londoner announced on Facebook that beginning May 15th, her brand new Food Truck will be ready to make celebrations all the more sweeter (think: graduation parties, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, school and sporting events and more!)
"My family and I have been watching Food Truck race on TV for years and we loved going to any food truck to eat. I always thought in the back of my head how great it would be to own one! It is surreal that this will be MY food truck and I am beyond excited for this next adventure! We can't wait to bring happiness to so many celebrations!" said Londoner.
