HamletHub wishes all of the moms a Happy Mother's Day!

All of us at HamletHub want to wish mothers and mothers-to-be a wonderful, joy-filled day! Thank goodness our country is opening up after a long, punishing year. It's great to see so many local eateries welcoming moms and families today! Enjoy your day, you deserve it!

As Abraham Lincoln once said, "All that I am or ever hope to be, I owe to my angel mother," and we couldn't agree more.  Thank you to all mothers for your immense love, dedication and hard work... where would we be without you?

Here is a little Mother's Day history lesson to share with your family today: In 1914, President Woodrow Wilson issued a presidential proclamation establishing the first national Mother's Day to celebrate mothers, but it was not until Wilson lobbied Congress, that same year, that Mother's Day was officially set on the second Sunday of every May.

Thanks, mom!
