My tasting notes: Light to medium bodied, dry. Citrus and hints of fresh herbs on the nose. Bright acidity, crisp, clean and super refreshing- ideal for a hot summer night. Lovely minerality and lemony long finish. Pairs perfectly with crustaceans, grilled white fish or seafood based pasta (shrimp scampi lenguini or calamari black ink infused fetuccine). A total crowd pleaser.
