HamletHub Welcomes Intern Jackie Logsted

We are thrilled to welcome rising Wooster senior and Danbury resident, Jackie Logsted to our HamletHub team as an intern!

Jackie is spending portion of her summer here in our Ridgefield office learning about the world of online media and embracing entrepreneurship at its core. In the coming weeks, you will read stories and interviews conducted this budding journalist and writer. Here, Jackie introduces herself to our readers:

My name is Jackie Logsted. I am a rising senior at Wooster School in Danbury, Connecticut, and I am interning for the summer at HamletHub. I have been working on my school's online newspaper for the past year, and find myself busy with everything the arts have to offer, from theater to music to writing opportunities.

Outside of school, I enjoy volleyball, spending time with friends, writing, and photography. This summer, as well as being an intern, I will be a Mobilizer for MoveOn.org's "Resistance Summer", and a blogger for DayoftheGirl.org.

I am very excited to begin my internship with HamletHub, and to learn more about both journalism and the people in my community!

Fun fact: My parents and I wrote a nine book children's series, The Sisters 8, when I was in lower school, published with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt!
