For the third year in a row, Ridgefield orthodontist Dr. Blaine Langberg is asking his patients to take him on vacation with them. Literally.
Similar to the popular Flat Stanley books and travel game, patients are encouraged to take a photo cut-out of Dr. Langberg with them on vacation, and take pictures of him wherever they go.
Patients submit the photos to Dr. Langberg's office, and at the end of the summer prizes are awarded in several categories: Farthest Away, Our Dream Vacation, Best Family Vacation, and Most Adventurous. Last year more than 50 patients submitted photos for the contest, from destinations as far away as the Galapagos Islands, Alaska, the Netherlands, and Greece.
Not a patient? No worries. Entries (ie, photos of Dr. Langberg) can be picked up at the office on 17 Danbury Road. Happy Travels, everyone!
