Colgate University Spring 2017 Dean's Award

Congratulations to Ridgefield residents who were named to the Dean's List at Colgate University: Alexander Fish, Caroline Murray, and Katelyn Thuss.

Students who receive a term grade point average of 3.3 or higher while completing at least 3 courses for a conventional letter grade earn the spring Dean's Award for Academic Excellence.

Colgate University is a highly selective residential liberal arts institution distinguished by the dedication of its full-time faculty-scholars, its commitment to global engagement, student-faculty research, off-campus study, sustainable practices, and utilizing technology to enhance the teaching and learning experience.

Colgate offers 55 majors to a diverse student body of approximately 2,900 undergraduate students, and supports 25 Division I athletic teams. The university's 575-acre campus in rural central New York is renowned for its beauty and for the important role it plays in the student experience.
