Artisan Fair Returns to Redding for 3rd Year

Popular Holiday Market Features Handcrafted Items by Local Artisans

Redding, CT- We all love to give and get handmade gifts, but for those of us that don’t have a crafty gene, holiday craft fairs are the place to get handmade gifts. For the third year in a row, the Redding Artisan Fair returns to Redding Elementary School, featuring craft vendors from Redding and beyond in the elementary school gym, which is transformed into a winter wonderland with handmade (of course!) decorations put together by a hard-working team of volunteers.

With over 40 juried vendors selling a wide variety of high-quality handcrafted items, there will be a gift for everyone on your shopping list.  The fair also features student artisans, showcasing budding talent in our community.  New this year, Daily Fare of Bethel will be selling their full menu of delicious baked goods and pastries to keep everyone happy and fed while they shop.

The fair organizers are especially pleased to have Redding Elementary Schools’  own Gale Ungar and her adorable crocheted dolls along Lee Skalkos, beloved former art teacher at Barlow, with her beautiful watercolor paintings.

This is a free community event with no entrance fee, and a fundraiser for Redding Elementary School. All are welcome to enjoy and support our local artists and school. For more information, visit the Redding Artisan Fair on Facebook.
