Nancy Ellen Montanari, born in Danbury, CT, on March 27, 1920, peacefully left our world a better place for having graced it on June 15, 2018.
Nancy married the love of her life, Fred, on December 7, 1943. They raised four children, Ann Marie (Gary) Cassavechia, Gay (John) Clauson, Peter (Lynn) Montanari, and Thom Montanari, while living in Ridgefield.
Nancy and Fred enjoyed traveling, antique car shows, and, most especially, their home on Cape Cod. Fred predeceased Nancy in 2010.
Besides her children, Nancy is survived by her grandchildren, Kirstyn (Steve) Smith, Ryan Cassavechia, Kelsey (Ryan) Carpe, Courtney Montanari, Katie and Thomas Carlo Montanari, and great grandchildren, Oliver and Henry Smith and Caroline Carpe.
