Sharleen K. Greco
Sharleen Kelleher Greco, 47, of Ridgefield, CT, wife of Marc Greco, died on Friday morning, July 20, 2018, at Norwalk Hospital.
Sharleen was born in Brooklyn, NY, November 18, 1970, to Michael and Kathleen Kelleher. She was raised in Yorktown Heights, NY, and graduated from Kennedy High School in Somers, NY. She received a BA Degree from Bethany College in Bethany, WV.
An accomplished artist, Sharleen directed art galleries in Manhattan and Scarsdale, NY. A resident of Ridgefield for the past twelve years, she was involved in art programs at Barlow Mountain Elementary School in Ridgefield and Wooster School in Danbury.
She enjoyed summers at the beach, windsurfing and skiing. An avid reader and gardener, she enjoyed cooking and most especially the time shared with her husband, children and family. She will be sorely missed.
Sharleen and Marc were married on July 20, 2002. In addition to her husband of sixteen years and parents, she is survived by her son, Benjamin, and her daughter, Alexandra; a brother, Charles Kelleher; a sister, Laura Beyrer; two nieces and three nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at 10:15 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 55 Catoonah St., Ridgefield. Interment will be private.
The family will receive friends at the Kane Funeral Home, 25 Catoonah St., Ridgefield on Monday, July 23, 2018, from 4 PM to 8 PM
