Ridgefield Choral Singers Wanted

The Fountain Music Concert Series, now in its 23^rd season and under new directorship, is currently recruiting vocal talent into its Fountain Music Festival Chorus for its 2019 “Americana” Concert, to be performed on Friday, May 31, 2019. Brief auditions* will be held on Monday, March 25, from 7-9 pm at the First Congregational Church of Ridgefield, Music Room, 103 Main Street, Ridgefield.

The Fountain Music Concert Series choral concerts enjoy an enduring singing legacy of classical, traditional American, sacred, gospel and patriotic-themed music, sung either acapella or accompanied by piano, organ, handbell choir, or small orchestra.

Rehearsals will be held Monday evenings from 7-9 pm, commencing Monday April 8^th (No rehearsal Easter Monday, April 22^nd and Memorial Day, May 27^th). A mandatory dress rehearsal will be held Thursday evening, May 30 with the option to add a Saturday morning rehearsal if required. There are no participation fees required to sing.
