As spring comes around again, a new generation of seniors tentatively ventures out into the real world. Finally leaving their high school next, they partake in the culmination of 4 years of hard work: Internships!
My name is Vidur Hareesh and as one of those budding deviants, I am overjoyed to join the HamletHub team. I have always been interested in business and entrepreneurship so it is impossible to understate how excited I am to actually be working alongside a local Ridgefield business. As an intern, I will be focusing on digital marketing and data analytics as well as simply taking in the day-to-day life of a local business.
Outside the classroom, some of my other passions include swimming and student government which I pursue as a member of the Wilton Wahoos National Team and Executive Board President respectively. During my time as president, I have spoken at the Board of Education meetings as the student representative and planned a variety of events such as the upcoming Movie Night at Tiger Hollow this Friday, May 28th. Additionally, throughout my high school career, I have been fortunate enough to be involved in many organizations such as What's Up Doc, the Future Business Leaders of America, and the Names Day facilitation team. Next year I hope to build on the knowledge from my internship by majoring in Economics and Business Management at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
