Compassionate Ridgefield's Tribute in Front of Lounsbury House

In response to the horrific events that took place in South Georgia and in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and for similar events that have occurred before them, Compassionate Ridgefield created a public tribute in front of the Lounsbury House honoring the legacy and life of George Lloyd and Ahmaud Arbery.

Photos of the two men, along with a poster reading "Racism Stops with Me", are adhered to the fence.

"If you are heartbroken over the recent deaths of black men and women in our country, we invite you to stop by and lay a flower and pledge to actively work towards ending racism in our country," Compassionate Ridgefield says. Many have shown their respect for precious lives lost by leaving flowers and heartfelt cards and notes.
