The Ridgefield Theater Barn is seeking applicants for the part-time, salaried positions of Program Director and Musical Director for their year-round Children’s Program. Successful candidates will be professional, organized, fun and friendly, with previous similar experiences.
The Ridgefield Theater Barn Kids Program (RTBK) aims to offer children ages 8-18 an opportunity to explore the theater arts. We offer the opportunity to participate in our program to all children, regardless of experience, disability, or financial constraints. There are no auditions for our RTBK programming. Performance is not the only option for any child interested in theater; we have opportunities for kids to learn about the technical theatrical arts as well. All RTB kids learn that putting on a show means you are part of a team.
