Ridgefield's Flower Lady (aka Spencer Moore) has lost her beloved Biscuit, and the community has lost a dear friend and community supporter.
The Moore family wrote on Facebook, "Our family is devastated to announce the passing of Biscuit. She served as the Flower Lady’s dog for nine summers and was the highlight of many people’s days. She lived a long and happy 15 1/2 years. She will be forever missed. Long live biscuit!"
Moore is shown in this photo (July 2019) with then 14-year-old Biscuit, who affectionately rode beside Moore and together, they watered Ridgefield's flower baskets for nine consecutive summers.
We will miss you, Biscuit and we are sending our heartfelt thoughts to your human, Spencer Moore.
