Three New Board of Directors Join Lounsbury House for 2021

Lounsbury House, Ridgefield’s historic community center, has announced the appointment of three new Board of Director members as well as the full slate of officers and directors for 2021.

Joining the Board are David McInnis, Catherine Savoca, and Chris Tiberio. “All three of our newest Board members embody the spirit of community and bring talent, expertise and energy to the table. We are very fortunate to have them by our side as we work to strengthen community, preserve local history, and continue to position Lounsbury House as Fairfield County’s premier private event venue,says Executive Director Suzanne Brennan.

David McInnis has nearly two decades of global recruitment experience and is President and Founder of Willard Powell, Inc., a Stamford-based executive recruitment firm specializing in Fortune 100 financial, insurance, technology, and healthcare industries. Outside of Willard Powell, David serves as a Board Trustee at Lasell University in Newton, MA and Board Advisor of ViaTrustUSA, a Veteran support network. David currently resides in Ridgefield with his wife Jessica and daughter Juliette. 

As a 26-year Ridgefield resident, Catherine Savoca has volunteered in many organizations in support of the community where she and her husband, Tom, have raised three children. Local volunteerism includes Planning & Zoning Commissioner and work with the Board of Education, PTAs, Economic Community Development Commission, St. Mary Parish, RIFF, inRidgefield, and others. Following two decades in senior operations and administrative roles primarily in the hedge fund industry, Cathy currently works in NYC as Chief Operating Officer for an executive search firm specializing in the fashion, retail, and beauty industry.

Longtime resident Chris Tiberio is the current Executive Director of Risk and Insurance Management with Linde plc in Danbury, CT (formerly Praxair).  Previously, Chris was the Global Risk Manager at IBM and Divisional Risk Manager at PepsiCo.  An experienced professional in both enterprise risk management and operational risk, Chris also served on two industry executive councils at FM Global and AIG during his 30-year Risk Management career.  Chris has been actively involved in local volunteerism with Sunrise Cottage, Town of Ridgefield Risk Management Committee, and various youth leagues.  Chris, and his wife Diane have two grown children who were raised in the Ridgefield community.

Lounsbury House is very grateful to its outgoing Board co-presidents, Alex Bellina and Laura Brennan for their exemplary leadership, and welcomes a new slate of Officers for 2021: President, Jill Rae; Vice Chair, Robert J. Creamer; Treasurer, Antonia Riordan; Secretary, Patricia Ross; and returning Directors including: Wendy Beurket; Tiffany Brooks; Caroline Kellen; Christine Wohl; and Stephen Wooters.
