They Began Their March Forth 21 Years Ago on March 4th

And boy are we glad they did! The Bouissou family opened their West Lane restaurant 21 years ago on March 4, 2000. Bernard, Sarah, Gabrielle, Juliette, Madeleine and Pauline have truly made Ridgefield a better place.

Award-winning Bernard's and Sarah's Wine Bar have become a community hub - where local musicians perform, friends gather, artists exhibit, and authors share.

2020 proved to be a challenging year for small business owners and Bernard's and Sarah's Wine Bar were no exception. During the pandemic, Sarah and Bernard quickly pivoted - offering meals for curbside pick up, packaging holiday meals for at-home enjoyment, and making online ordering seamless.

Thank you to the Bouissou family for giving so much to so many in our community. We love you and can't imagine life in Ridgefield without your smiles, generosity and contagious enthusiasm!

From all of us at HamletHub - congrats on 21 deliciously wonderful years!
