RVNAhealth's Kate Campbell, a physical therapist with RVNAhealth, joined the Ridgefield High School girls track team this week for a special injury prevention session, including individual assessments, key exercises and a primer on knee pain and shin splints. The beauty of running is that it’s a lifelong sport – as long as you avoid injury!
Kate Campbell is a physical therapist with RVNAhealth focusing on comprehensive sports injury therapy and prevention education and programming where she applies a comprehensive approach to healing.
