Join Cardio, Strength, Stretch, or Dance Workout in Ridgefield Continuing Education

Adults of all fitness levels can join a workout class to get moving, fit and toned through Ridgefield Public Schools’ Continuing Education Program.

Barre-Lates, afusion of Barre work and classical Pilates helps you lengthen, tone and condition your core using light (2 lb.) weights and bands starting Tuesday, July 6 (9 sessions; 5:30 to 6:25 p.m.; $110; Pat Anikewich; Zoom).

Full Body Strength and Cardio, a low impact cardio, weight training and core workout, starts Thursday, July 8 at 6 p.m. (8 sessions; $98; Pat Anikewich; Zoom).

Stretch and Flexibility, a new class with a variety of dynamic, active and static stretches geared to relieve muscle tension, imbalances, and to achieve a greater range of motion and flexibility, starts Tuesday, July 13 through August 10 (5 Sessions; 8:45 to 9:45 a.m.; $62; Ginger Cox; Annex).

30 Minutes for Better Movement combines stretching, balance, and basic dance barre techniques to help you tone and build endurance. No floor work; every movement will be done standing or sitting.  Class starts Wednesday, May 20 (6 sessions; 7:15 to 7:45 p.m.; $47; Natalie Mazzola; Zoom).
