Open Call Artist-in-Residence Program at the Meetinghouse

The Artist-in-Residence program at The Meetinghouse offers visual artists a private studio within a spiritual house that embraces the arts, farm & food, and holistic wellness. The studio is located on the second floor, with additional private studios for a resident writer, gallery curator, and yoga studio. The first floor is the art gallery. The Meetinghouse also provides a musician in residence program located in an adjacent building. 

Program provides artist with:

•       24-hour access to a private studio with Wi-Fi and common use area
•       Historical building surrounded by Greens, gardens and woodlands.
•       One-month solo show in Art Gallery located on first floor
•       Easel, stool, table and storage shelves
•       Inspiration from working amongst musician and writer allowing integration of various arts.

Eligibility: Minimum age, 21

Residency dates: Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, July- Sept, Oct-Dec (3 months each)

Application opens October 1^st, 2021

Application Fee: $35 nonrefundable
