Megan Searfoss, the owner of Ridgefield Running Company and Darien Running Company has been deemed one of "25 Women to Watch in 2022" by Running insight Magazine. Searfoss is featured in the current issue of the popular magazine.
The magazine noted how Searfoss pivoted her small business during COVID, switching her POS system and bringing iPads to the sales floor. In addition, she opened a "pop-up" shop for high school athletes and a second location in Darien.
